Where do I start on this path to rebuilding my self esteem?

First, you determine who you are and then you decide who you want to become.

Self esteem building can be broken down into small doable action steps once you decide to love and accept yourself for who you are from this day forward.

You must first be the change you want to see in your life. Once you commit to taking 100% responsibility for your level of self love, self acceptance and self development you'll become unstoppable.

Step 1. No more negative self talk. The next time you catch yourself saying negative things about YOU tap in the middle of your forehead three times.

This will help you break through your old pattern of self talk by making you consciously and physically aware of it. Trust me it works.

Step 2. Start eating healthier and start exercising. This step alone can boost your self esteem to the next level.

If this were the only step you did, you'd feel at least 50% better about yourself. Really, your level of self esteem is measured by how YOU see yourself.

Step 3. Get crystal clear about one thing in your life that you absolutely, positively want to accomplish.

This will help you direct your focus on a specific outcome and not so much on your low self esteem.
