Building a vision board

Building a vision board will help you visualize the things you want to be, do and have in your life. It can be very exciting and stimulating.

This exercise should be done in a very low intensity and no pressure kind of way.

You can put anything that you’ve ever dreamed of on this board. And that is what I highly recommend. Then once you’re done with it you should put it where you’ll see it every day.

Seeing it every day and visualizing what’s on it will help you manifest it. It will help you bring it into your life, quicker. Once you get comfortable building vision boards, you can make one for each area of your life.

For example, you can have one for the family you want to have, the house you want to live in, the person you want to be, the career you want to have, and the business you want to create. You can do one for everything and anything you want to have in your life.

You can also build a board for your spiritual, physical and sexual wants in your life as well. Really it’s up to you.

building a vision board, image board, visulization Here’s what you’ll need.

A piece of poster board.

Magazines.

Scissors.

Glue.

A good attitude.

An open mind.

And a big smile.

This is your life you’re creating here. It’s important but it doesn’t have to be serious.

Okay once you have the things you’ll need. You go through the magazines and cut out all the pictures and words that you want on your vision board.

And DO NOT sensor yourself. You’re supposed to open your mind to the endless possibilities that life has to offer to all of us, anywhere, anytime - every day.

Once you get everything cut out, all you have to do is glue them on your master vision board. You can build specific vision boards later.

Building a vision board is about expanding your mind of what’s out there and what you’re capable of creating in your life.

So I want you to get some expensive magazine too. Ones like Town and Country, Vogue, GQ, O, The Oprah Magazine, Glamour, Traveler etc…

Or if you have a computer, the internet and a printer you can search, find and print all the printers you would like.

This is a self esteem building exercise! This exercise should be fun and rewarding. I want it to make you happy and joyful. This means you have to let go of all the negative thoughts that come up while you’re building a vision board.

Don’t let thoughts like – “I could never afford that” or “I could never be that person” ruin your experience with this exercise.

The point is to expand your mind and your thinking and to open your mind up to the unlimited possibilities of this world.

Building a vision board is one of the easiest and most rewarding exercises that will have an enormous impact on your life.

Give it a try. You have absolutely nothing to lose and an open mind to gain.
