Causes of low self esteem
Here is a quick list of some of the causes of low self esteem. Take a look at them and if you see something on this list that you are doing, STOP.
1. Being overweight. It your over weight then you feel less attractive and less accepting of yourself.

3. Putting off things you know you should do. Anything that is unfinished hangs around in your head.

7. Repeating negative statements all day every day to yourself.
8. Beating yourself up for little mistakes.
9. Feeling responsible for things you have no control over.
10. Not taking responsibility for your own actions.
These may seem little compared to the overall seriousness of life but these things are the major causes of low self esteem. When your overweight you feel unworthy of approval not only from others but most importantly from yourself.
Making excuses, telling little white lies, not taking responsibility for your own actions will impact your self esteem level.
The good news is you can stop these things right NOW.
Don't wait until tomorrow or some future date. Commit today to stop performing these small but important actions. Take control of your life.
These are not the only causes but they are the most under your control. The ones that you can stop in an instant.
If you're overweight start exercising by taking a 15 minute walk. Cold outside? Walk around your house for 15 minutes. No more excuses, right?
The next time you get an invitation in the mail to attend a Pampered Chef party...Go!
And the next time your mother calls and you say, "Tell her I'm not here." Remember your only causes yourself unneeded criticizing later.
