Thought for the day September 22,2010Tony Robbins always talks about state of mind. What it is and how to change it. That's how he helps people have personal breakthroughs.
He shows them how what you focus on you get more of. Car broke down. Computer crashed. Kids don't listen. No money to pay bills. Can't sleep.
All this negative states of mind will only bring you more negativity.
Just for today I want you to focus on what is working in your life. You're alive. You can smile instead of frown. You can change your mind in an instance.
If you're really having trouble changing your focus - get up and do 10 jumping jacks to shift your focus. Run around the block. Clap your hands together 5 times and do a little dance.
