Feed your mind by choice not by chance

Feed yourself with daily motivation and watch a new and exciting life unfold right before your eyes. Sound like hype? It's not!However, motivation is not a onetime deal. You must continuously get yourself to take action towards your goals or desired life outcomes if you are going to live a truly adventurous life.

Adventure doesn't have to mean cliff diving or jumping out of airplanes or driving cross country with your spouse or taking your entire immediate family on a vacation to Africa.

It means whatever you find adventurous and worth doing. Daily motivation is that key that unlocks your true potential and allows you the freedom to be, do and have anything you want.

Think about it this way if you continuously feed your mind with the latest gossip, the latest economical state or the currently murder, you're going to feel sad, frustrated or even depressed. That's not how you live an extraordinary life. Not by a long shot.

Now feeding yourself with daily motivation could be as simple as reading an inspirational quote or a reading an inspirational though for the day.

Or it could be as intense as hiring a personal development coach who guides you through tough spots in your life and helps you take the next step to get to the next level.

Change is going to happen whether you make any effort or not. The weather changes. The laws change. The new fad diet changes. The most beautiful person in the world changes.

Lots of things change on a daily basis including you but you can decide what that change will be.

Will you change with your surrounds? Or will you feed yourself with daily motivation and make progress in your life that is positive?

Here are just a few examples of what you can do to feel more motivated and inspired to live a life of excitement, joy and adventure. A life that is not just lived but experienced.

Read motivational books
Read inspirational quotes
Limit the amount of time you spend with toxic people
Keep a personal development journal
Hire a life coach
Exercise

Whatever it takes to put more energy in your life. I believe that life takes energy so when your lacking in this area life can seem like a drag.

If you have those feelings you must let them go and get into the habit of feeding yourself with daily motivation and daily action.

Motivation without action is just wishful thinking. You must take action towards something meaningful to you.

This could be your family, your career, your health, your relationships, your finances. Anything that gets you excited about life.

If nothing pumps you up and gets you excite to act then you need to take some time to really get to know yourself intimately so that you can draw out your true self.

You were created to do something specific with your life. What that something is is up to you to discover.

Discovering what you love to do and doing it with all your mind, body and soul will give you all the energy you need.

Feeding and nourishing yourself with daily motivation will help you discover what that something is and you'll be living a whole new life with the goal of making progress not just change.
