This dove self esteem video is a must see for every women in the world!

It gives you a firsthand look at how the faces that represent our magazines, billboards and general ads are completely edited and redesigned.

And remember all this work is done before the original photo every leaves the computer screen.

So what we see is actually false advertisement if you ask me.

Don't get me wrong these women are beautiful without all the Photoshop work that goes on afterwards.

So the whole process effects not only the general public but it also effects the self esteem image of the model as well. I'm sure it makes them feel not good enough just the way they are.

Build a healthy self image!

If you have a daughter, mother, sister, friend please share this dove self esteem video with them. It will change the way they look at the models in the media.

It will help them build their self image by realizing that no one is perfect or flawless. Even after they get all dressed up and done up by makeup artist their looks still aren't good enough to be put in the magazines without being done over by a graphic artist.

Dove has a wonderful self esteem campaign taking place right now. They are holding workshops across America to help lift the self esteem of girls.

Girls are not the only ones affected by low self esteem. Boys are too but just not as extreme as girls. It's because we focus so much on our appearance and the approval of other people.
