One of the most frequently asked questions I get is – can you give me some examples of self esteem goals?

Self esteem goals are a little bit different than life goals or daily career goals because they’re so personal.

Self esteem goals are focused more on your internal awareness and the image you have of yourself.

Most times you don’t need anything from anyone else to accomplish self esteem goals.

Unlike business goals or project goals that require multiple people to get involved to complete task.

- Be the bravest person I know.

- Act courageous in stressful or intense situations.

- Master myself – thoughts, feelings and actions.

- Surround myself with nourishing people.

- Create and maintain a self esteem support group.

- Get actively involved in my local community.

- Spend quality time with myself regularly.

See how these examples are really focused on you and no one else. All these goals can be accomplished without the need for anyone else to get involved. That is the main difference between self esteem goals and business or career goals.

Now using the examples above, lets break them down into a list of self esteem goals to be preformed daily. Lets convert the list into small doable steps you can take on a daily basis.

- Say “Your name, I love and accept you completely just the way you are.” 100 times a day.

- Look myself in the face in a mirror for 1 minute while smiling.

- Read something inspirations or motivational for 20 minutes a day.

- Exercise for 20 minutes 3 times a week.

I hope your starting to see how setting goals builds your self esteem by putting more focus on yourself. The more attention you give to yourself the better you will feel and the more aware you will become.

Once you truly become aware of your strengths and weaknesses the easier it will become for you to master yourself. Self mastery has to do with setting goals and holding yourself accountable for their completion.

Setting and accomplishing self esteem goals is a great way to boost your self esteem in a very short period of time.

If you’re taking small daily action towards a more happier and healthier you, then you’re going to notice the difference in a very short time how you feel on the inside.

Self esteem goals do have one thing in common with other goals with the fact that they help you progress to the next level.

Self esteem building can be set as a life goal just like network building can be set as a long term business goal. And it can be broken down into small doable daily goals just the same.
