Build a healthy self image and transform your life.
In order to have high self esteem you must build a healthy self image. If you have low self esteem than you most certainly have a poor self image also.
Some of the emotions that go with a negative self image include feelings of insignificance, inferior, inadequate or unworthy. All these negative emotions with keep your self esteem low and you self image poor.
You will also notice that you don't love and accept yourself completely. That you feel depressed and out of the loop. These are all a result of having a poor or negative self image.
Now you know all the bad stuff that comes with an unhealthy self image. Let's get busy building a healthy self image. One that will make you feel good about yourself and your actions.
First of all YOU must decide right now to love and accept yourself completely.
How?
By telling yourself over and over and over that you love and accept yourself. Give it a try right now.
"I love and accept myself. I love and accept myself."
Did you notice all the negative thoughts that popped in your head? Those are all the negative things you think about yourself on a daily basis.
Do you see how that can affect your self image?
You must also take responsibility for yourself. And that means everything about you. Your emotions. Your attitude. Your health. Your relationships. Your weight. Your eating habits. All of it.
This one action will help you find out what's working in your life and what isn't.
If you see yourself as an over-weight, unhealthy loser you will get what you expect.
So I want you to start today by seeing yourself for what you currently are. No better . But no worse either.
Just take note of yourself as you are today.
Are you overweight? Then start an exercise program. Doesn't have to be Power 90 (unless you're ready for that). Just examine your health. Are you unhealthy because of your currently eating habits? Try eating 2 servings of fruits and vegetable and drinking 2 20oz bottles of water. It's a good place to start.
Are you involved in a bad relationship? This will drain your energy and lower your self esteem.
But remember, any kind of positive change you make within your life will build a healthy self image.
Once you start loving and accepting yourself for who you are, understanding where you are currently at in your life, and then deciding where you want to be you will feel better, look better and get momentum in your life for change.
