Journaling ideas

Here are some journaling ideas to help you get into the flow of writing about your life and the many things you’ll experience.

Think of some way that journaling could be fun and exciting for you. It’s not fun to write about all the negative and upsetting stuff all the time.

So I want you to take a venture down your fun, exciting, and spontaneous, loving and playful side. And write about these times in your life when you have experienced great joy and excitement.

Most journaling ideas are essential but they bring up negative or unpleasant emotions, feelings and memories. These entries are beneficial to get you past mental blocks in your life and to release negative energy.

But I want to give you some ideas to put some fun and excitement on your journal pages and into your life.

- Make a journal entry by drawing in bright, fun colors. Draw anything – hearts, stars, suns, shapes, etc. It doesn’t have to be a serious art project, just playful drawing or doodling.

- Write positive statements about yourself in the present tense. For example, I would write something like – Michelle I love and accept you completely just the way you are. You are the greatest and most energetic person in my life.

- Write a letter to yourself that is fun, loving, and inspirational.

- Make a journal entry that describes your gratefulness for every inch of your body and how much you sincerely appreciate all if it.

- Write about a time in your life when you were overcome with happiness. What were you doing? Who were you with? Where were you at? Remember everything about this moment and write it down.

Use these ideas to come up with some more entries that make you feel good and uplifted. Entry’s that have you laughing with joy.

You have the power to create. Use that power to create joy and abundance in your life.

Use that power to create more happy and inspiring memories. Memories that will stick with you forever and create joy when you think about them.

Life really is your canvas to make whatever you choose out of it. Some will be worth millions of dollars to you and others will need to be redone.

Just keep adding value to your life and you’ll live a life of meaning and significance.

I hope these journaling ideas have inspired you to really take a look at your life and see what memories you have created and motivate you to create more joyous ones.
