To me Louise Hay is the queen of affirmations and positive self talk.

She helps you take a deep look inside to find out what your unconsciously holding onto. The beliefs and hurts that are holding you back.

Believe it or not you are holding onto all the things that have happened to you throughout your entire life. Good, bad or ugly it's all there. Even if you don't consciously think about it.

So the way to know if you are holding onto unpleasant memories is by noticing if you respond to life or if you react to life.

It happens when you experience new things or undertake a new endeavor. If you hold back at all that's your unconscious belief tugging at you to stop.

Louise will help you take control of your inner dialogue by providing a positive affirmation for you to repeat to yourself instead of the negative statement you currently use.

Which will help you choose a different path and make some changes in your life instead of always playing out the same old patterns your used to.

She will help you identify and redefine your personal worth. Once you can really grasp and visualize your very own personal worth you'll be able to pick and choose the affirmations that are right for you.

My personal Louise Hay experience

I found her when I was having a health crisis (I thought at the time) and she really helped me get through it. Not personally but in the material that she creates.
