Meditation or relaxation teachings?

Is meditation or relaxation teachings a part of building self esteem?
Answer
Yes and no. I would not recommend these activities to beginners as a way of building self esteem.
However, these activities can be used as a way to quite the mind so that you can begin to think more consciously. So that you can become more aware of your self limiting beliefs or your continuous negative self talk.
So yes, meditation and relaxation teachings are beneficial but not for building your self esteem in the beginning.
I don't want to discourage you from trying these teaching or techniques. By all means, if you’re ready, give them a try.
