Motivational books and your
personal development plan
Motivational books are a huge part of my own personal development plan and I would advise that it be a huge part of yours too.
Because whatever challenge your facing today you can find help in a book that may have been written a 100 years ago.
You know why? Because things don’t change, people do.
People who lived hundreds of years ago dealt with the same
money, same health, same relationship, same spiritual and same mental problems that we deal with today.
So some books are just as relevant today as they were the day they were written.
Another great thing about these books is that you will be able to feed your mind with new ideas, new thoughts, and new ways of living.
These books can become your own personal mentor. The authors can take you from the person you are today to the person you want to become.
That’s what personal development is – growing into the person you ultimately what to become.
Let the authors of your favorite motivational books become your very own personal life coach.
Read every book they ever wrote and learn from their failures and their successes.
Listen to every self help tape series that they have ever created and put into action there advice.
You can make big changes in your life in a very short time from reading motivational books.
And it’s a lot cheaper than hiring a personal life coach especially in the beginning. Because for $100 worth of books you could flip your life upside down and steer your life in a whole new, prosperous direction.
Now I’m going to take you one step further and offer you a small personal development plan to follow -
Step 1 - Don’t just read these books, highlight words, sentences, and paragraphs that speak directly to you. The ones that made you smile, made you laugh and made you cry.
Step 2 - Next I want you to get a notebook and keep it with you when you’re reading. Use it to take notes. I want you to write any thoughts that come to mind while you were reading the book. Write down complete paragraphs if you have to so that you can refer back to them later.
Reading books like this will do more for your personal growth than any other one thing I could recommend when comparing price.
And speaking of price, you can read some of the greatest motivational books every published right here on this site for free.
All-time classics like Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and Acres of Diamonds by Russell Conwell are available to you free of charge and in electronic format.
So if you’re ready to take your life to the next level of personal development then start with the free motivational book on this site. (I’m always adding more!)
Trust me; you will not regret taking the time to read these books because they will open your eyes to some pretty profound ideas and insights.
As a matter of fact, Think and Grow Rich is a complete personal development course all rolled into one book. This book change my entire outlook on life and it changed my belief in myself.
It helped me to believe in my ability to accomplish great things.
I truly hope it does the same for you.
Enjoy and remember to take notes!
