Personal journaling

Personal journaling is such a rewarding self esteem building activity. You truly can get so much out of keeping a journal.

Journaling your thoughts and feelings is a great way to move past them. Once you take a minute to really examine and write down what you’re feeling and why, you’ll begin to see what’s causing all your feelings to stir up.

Then you can begin to release them and make room for new and different emotions.

Journaling is one of the best ways to make positive change in your life. By getting rid of what’s not working and clearing a path for what is.

That’s why I suggest that you write all your negative and positive thoughts, feelings and experiences. That way you have a clear picture of your life from both sides.

And once you’re in that place of pure knowing, it’s a whole lot easier to make changes.

• You’ll know what to stop doing and what to start doing more of.

• You’ll know who’s causing you the most pain in your life and why.

• You’ll know what makes you happy and what makes you sad.

• You’ll know what you enjoy doing and what you hate doing.

• You’ll know what thoughts you continue to think that makes you feel good and bad.

This information is very powerful for you. Nowhere else are you going to find this information out about yourself unless you begin keeping a journal.

You’re not going to find out what you truly love or hate from reading books written by other people. You must take on that responsibility yourself to really get to know who you are completely.

Personal journaling will take you deep inside to places where your real personal challenges live.

And once your there you can work through it by expressing yourself fully and truthfully. You can write down all your true thoughts and feeling without the need to hide anything.

You have no fear of rejection or judgment. You are the only one who will have any clue as to what you write in your journal.

And I believe so strongly in the power of personal journaling that I have put together a 250 page electronic journal that is password protected.

That way you can feel comfortable expressing what you truly believe, feel, think and experience.

I want you to feel totally comfortable writing down anything and everything in your journal. It’s the #1 exercise to use to release negative energy.

You can check it out here. Also check out journaling tips, reflective journaling and spiritual Journaling to help you get the momentum going.

I highly recommend journaling as a way for you to grow and expand your current level of self esteem. You should feel 100% comfortable in your own skin and journaling will help you get there.
