- Fill your mind with thoughts of peace, courage, health and hope.
- Don't allow anyone to alter your mood. Keep it internal. Like the bottom of the sea. Untouched by life's storms.
- Count your blessings instead of your troubles.
- Say please and thank you every time the opportunity presents itself.
- Cooperate with that which is inevitable.
- Laugh at yourself at least once a day.
- Commit only to things you can do with ease.
- Be physically and mentally present, always.
- Be content with "what is"
- Do something every day that makes you feel good!
