Self awareness leads to self mastery

Self awareness is literally the awareness of the self including one's traits, feelings, and behaviors. The understanding of your own individuality.

Developing self awareness will help you better understand why you feel what you feel. And why you behave as you behave.

Having clarity about who you are empowers you to consciously and actively make your wants a reality.

Without knowing fully who you are the ability to change becomes more challenging. The ability to build your self esteem becomes more difficult.

Not knowing who you are is like going through life with a strangers mind. So take the time to get to know yourself intensely.

Be honest with yoruself about everything. Honesty leads to true self awareness. And honesty requires courage. Honesty builds self esteem.

Become aware of the questions that arise in you when you see, hear or do anything. And take the time to answer those questions.

They will lead you through the layers of your inner self.

Self knowledge opens new avenues of possibilities. Your life becomes vastly different when you are the one controlling your mind instead of it controlling you.

Only by clearing your mind of false belief and assumptions can you see yourself more clearly. The more clearer you see yourself the more power you will have to change.

And the power to create awareness resides inside of you.

Use that power to empty the mind of thoughtless thinking. Become completely conscious of the thoughts in your head.

Tae Tzu says, "Knowing others is wisdom, knowing yourself is enlightenment."
