Self esteem assessment - find out who you are
You can do your own self esteem assessment to see where you are on your own personal development journey.
And once you know where you’re at your life becomes that much easier to create. Because you create the life you want to live by the person you become. You decide who you want to spend your time with and you decide how you’re going to spend your time and energy. Your self esteem assessment should look at all areas of your life and rate each area on a scale of 1 to 10. 1 being completely unsatisfied and 10 being completely satisfied. To begin get a sheet of paper or your self esteem journal and start rating your life. - Rate your physical body. Are you physically fit in your eyes? Do you feel physically strong and mobile? Are you happy with your weight?- Rate your mental status. Are you aware of your current thinking pattern? Do you have positive self talk? Are you able to quite your mind? Do you feed your mind with positive words and images? - Rate y our spiritual self. Do you take time to nurture your soul? Do you have any kind of spiritual ritual? Do you have peace of mind? You might be wondering what these areas of your life have to do with a self esteem assessment, and my answer is A LOT. High self esteem is about developing your inner self to create a confident outer self. Like
Jim Rohn
