Is it easier to build your self esteem with a buddy?

Answer

Yes and no.

Sure it might be easier if you had someone to keep you focused and hold you accountable to do what it take to build your self esteem.

But I wouldn't want you to not build your self esteem because you don't have a buddy.

So at first you may have to do it all by yourself but don't worry the better you become as a person the more you'll attract positive people into your life.
