Self esteem exercises can help you build your self esteem, develop more self-love and create the life of your dreams. It's exercise for your mind.
All it takes is a little time and patience to make it happen.
Think about it, houses don’t get built over night and neither does your self esteem.
You must build the foundation first then the walls, then the roof and then install the windows, etc.
Trust me I’m married to a carpenter so I believe that building a house from the ground up is just like building self esteem from low to high.
These self esteem exercises will walk you through the
brainstorming process which will help you get clear about what you want
your life to be about. If you don't know where you want to go, it's kinda hard to get there.
Who you ultimately what to become is very important. What you want to do on a daily basis and what you want to have in your life to feel whole and complete is what these exercises will help you figure out.
Next I’ll walk you through setting and accomplishing self esteem goals. Goals that focus more on intentions that are realistic and enjoyable for you. Sometimes goal setting can turn into a boring and unhappy time. Don't let it. Let you mind run wild.
That’s why I’ll be more helpful to focus on setting personal intentions instead. It’s a lot easier and a lot more exciting than just writing down some statements to accomplish.
Finally you’ll need to expand your mind by building a vision board. A vision board that will get you excited about your life. This exercise is fun and entertaining as long as you don’t hold back and remember that anything goes.
All of these self esteem building exercises are intended to help you build a solid foundation for your own personal growth and development. Self esteem is about how YOU see yourself not anyone else.
Without building a solid internal foundation you have nowhere to start. And if you’re going to accomplish great things in your life, you’ll need to start right where you are and decide where it is you want to go.
Life just doesn’t happen. At least not for people who have created outstanding results in their life. But the interesting thing is this - they all started somewhere, built a personal foundation and aimed straight at their life target.
And that’s exactly what you can do too. You just need enough willingness and desire to reach for what you ultimately what in life.
Use these self esteem exercises as that starting point; that foundation that will help you be, do and have your hearts desires.
And remember life takes energy
Live a life that is full of energy and adventure - NOW. An adventurous life is a well lived life.
So if you're struggling now with feelings of unhappiness or even worse, depression then use these self esteem exercises to build that inner foundation so that you can create the outer world that radiates with love, pleasure and happiness.
It's a lot easier then you think. All it takes is a little commitment and little open mindedness. Trust me with a committed decision and an open mind the world can become your playground.
When I say life takes energy...I mean life takes energy to get up, take action, makes things happen and to see your goals through from start to finish.
So in order to take massive action and build momentum you have to have a strong foundation to stand on. That foundation is your self esteem.
Because if you believe you can do it then it's on. You have the final say as to how your going to live your life. Others may try to tell you what to do but if you truly believe in yourself and your ability their opinion will not matter to you.
These self esteem exercise will take you from where you are to where you want to go, all you have to do is believe in yourself.
So begin with belief in yourself and the rest is a piece of cake.
