Self esteem games will help you
put some fun in your self esteem building

These self esteem games are designed to help you learn how to build your self esteem in a playful state of being. So please stop being so serious! Playing self esteem games is going to help you learn the necessary techniques you need to boost your self esteem but they will make the process enjoyable.

Let's begin with a mind game. Playing little mind games with yourself is an ideal way to enhance your visualization skills and to elevate your self esteem at the same time.

Go to the kitchen a get a small potato.

Put it where you can see it every day as a reminder to not let your self esteem shrink to the size of that potato.

Let the potato be your visual reminder to act with high self esteem. To act as if you are the best and most important person in your life, becasue you are.

It's not difficult to do this but it is easy. So be careful becasue it'll be easy for you not to do too. The whole point of this little mind game is to remind you to stop playing small and be the bigger person you were meant to be.

Another great game to play with yourself is to hold a picture in your head of the person you want to be. Not the person you are because that will only keep you stuck right where you are.

You need to picture YOURSELF with high self esteem.

Whatever that may look like to you. If it’s an image of you with a big smile on your face, walking around with your shoulders back, and head high, then hold that picture in your head all day long.

It might take a little getting used to but it will work if you try long enough. Use a little reminder to help you remember to hold that picture of yourself with high self esteem in your mind.

The key here is to break your old habit of seeing yourself negatively.

For instance, you could where a rubber band around your wrist and each time you look at it, you remind yourself to see your new image. That imagine of you smiling, walking tall, holding your head up and your shoulders back.

Or put a ring you normally wear on a different finger (not your wedding ring of course. I don’t want to cause a fight.) but a ring you wear enough to notice it on a different finger. It just helps as a reminder to your self esteem building goals.

Use whatever reminder you need to help you.

Remember self esteem building is what you make of it. And how you go about it is totally up to you. Please use whatever method works best for you.
