Setting and completing self esteem goals will be the pivotal point in your life that sets you on a life journey that makes you happy, joyful, energetic, loving and accepting.

Trust me you don’t want to take this self esteem goals worksheet lightly.

This worksheet has the potential to take you from closed up and angry to wide open and ecstatic. How can I be so certain? I’ve personally used this worksheet to create my own happiness and empowerment. A great place to be.

Okay the self esteem goals worksheet.

For the first part all you’ll need is a piece of blank paper. On this paper I want you to write out everything you want to be, do and have for yourself.

It’s very important not to sensor or judge yourself. Whatever pops into your head I want you to capture it on this piece of paper.

This could take you 5 seconds or 5 hours. But I want you to take enough time to capture a good amount of information about your wants, needs and desires. Remember were creating a life here.

Once you finish writing it all down I want you to sit it aside for at least 24 hours. The next time you look at it, it will be with fresh eyes but with a more open mind because you’ve had 24 hours to allow your list to sink in.

Alright it’s been 24 hours.

Pull out your list of what you want to be, do and have and mark the top 10 that you want to accomplish in the next 5 years.

Now write them on a separate piece of paper in the present tense. For example if one of your self esteem goals is to be more self disciplined. Then write I am self disciplined now.

Another example would be – I love and accept myself completely. I earn $2000 a month from the internet. I am overflowing with self confidence.

I have total belief in myself. I create my own life experience. I live in a 3000 square foot house with all the extras I need.

I want you to write these 10 goals down in the present tense once a day, preferably in the morning so you’re aware of them all day. And then read them every night before going to bed.

This will help your subconscious mind manifest your list. It will help take you from where you are to where you want to be in less time.

The next morning when you get up write your list but don’t look at your previous list. This will help you become crystal clear on what you want to accomplish in life.

If you’re just copying your list from yesterday it becomes a memory game and not a true list of what you desire to accomplish in your life.

Notice how these self esteem goals have a focus on you. These are goals you don’t really need help with from other to accomplish. That’s what makes them so empowering to complete.

Sure you may need help when you really get into the daily task you’ll need to complete but for the most part it’s a lot of internal work.

Which is why I recommend the thoughts and feelings worksheet and the self motivation worksheet.

Don’t worry if after you complete this self esteem goals worksheet a few times that your top 10 list changes.

That’s good news because it means your discovering your true desires and your true self.
