Self esteem journal
Keeping a self esteem journal is the #1 way to make positive change in your life.
It’s the best way that I know of to build your self esteem by overcoming personal challenges. It’s a way of clearing your mind of past mistakes by releasing them on the pages of your journal. It’s an activity to allow yourself the openness and personal strength to really examine your life by acknowledging all your thoughts, feelings, and experiences – good or bad. It’s a great way to get to the core of issues or problems you have been dealing with a long time and without making any real progress on them. That’s why keeping a self esteem journal is so valuable.it allows you the freedom to express yourself truthfully and completely without holding back. Write exactly what comes to mind when you sit down to write. I don’t want you to censor a thing. By censoring your true thoughts you’re holding yourself back from healing. That’s why it’s so important to write out the absolute, honest to goodness truth. No matter how painful or unpleasant the experience may have been. Write out every detail. Every thought, every feeling, every experience, every success, every failure, every heartache, every frustration – literally everything about YOU. Because you truly are unique and one of a kind. Let that uniqueness come through in your journaling. If you want to make personal change this is how you do it. You allow yourself the space to examine your inner turmoil and your inner beliefs. You give yourself permission to go deep inside yourself to the root cause of all your anger and frustration. That is where you’ll find your deepest, darkest secrets that are holding you back from making lasting change in your life. And those are the things you need to release. Those are the memories that you look back on to make decision in the present. Once you release all that negative energy, you’ll be able to fill that space with positive and creative new thoughts. I’m not talking about positive thinking alone; I’m talking about positive doing. Keeping a self esteem journal is about finding your true self within your false self. It’s about breaking through all your self-limiting beliefs. Beliefs that you’re creating form the things you’ve experienced. It’s time to let go of all that stuff you’re caring around with you from the past that isn’t doing you any good. It’s time to break out of your shell and experience life as your true, authentic self because if you allow the past to guide your future you’ll continue to get what you’ve always got. If you like the results you’re getting then journal about them also that way if you ever come to an unpleased time if your life you’ll be able to look back to a time in your life that was working. That’s the value of journaling. It helps you know yourself intimately. Better than any other person on this planet. And when you know yourself that well your life will be an endless stream of positive energy that will affect you and everyone around you. Now I know that it’s sometimes scary to write down exactly what’s going on in your mind but that is exactly what you need to do. So I created a
