Self esteem journal
How will writing in a journal help me build my self esteem? You talk a lot about journaling and I was just curious as to how that would help me build my self esteem?
Journaling will get all those continuous thoughts out of your head. The ones that keep going around and around inside your head.
They are the same thoughts that are keeping you stuck right where you are.
Once you get these thoughts out of your head and on paper (where they belong) you'll make room for more positive, uplifting, self esteem building thoughts.
It's just about getting rid of the old and making room for the new.
