I created these self esteem worksheets for you to get to know your true, authentic self. And these worksheets work as long as you take the time to work them.

And you can't just fill them out once. You must do them until...until you feel better, until you start to notice positive change in your life, until you feel that you were created for a special purpose, until you discover your God giving talents to share with the world.

Because you we're. No one is an acceptation to the rule. You put in the work to discover your deepest and truest self so that you can become all you were meant to be.

Use these worksheets as a personal conditioning tool. Think of it like taking a shower or brushing your teeth. You can't do either of them things just once. You must repeat it every day in order to be clean and maintain nice teeth.

It's the same idea when your building your internal self. You must learn to feed yourself with daily motivation so that you can begin to create the life you ultimately want to live.

That really is the point of life. Your life is meant to be lived, to learn, to discover and to experience. You cannot grow into the person you are meant to be without the self-discipline to find out who that person is.

These free self esteem worksheets will help you discover a lot about yourself that you never knew. They may even turn your life completely upside down. Maybe even send you in a completely different direction.

But you have to know, that even if you do struggle right now with low self esteem issues or self confidence issue that that all can be changed once you become committed to building that better life for yourself.

Instead of allowing unpleasant thoughts, feelings or actions to ruin your life and take you down a path that is less than stellar, decide to be different. Decide to become better. Decide to feel good about yourself and the life you live.

This is a decision and a commitment that can only be made by you. No one else has that kind of power over you. And in the big scheme of things, that's a good thing.

You want to have the most power over you because you know what's best for you. Regardless of what anyone else says or does, you get the final say. And that's the only way you should live your life. Totally and completely in charge.

After going through these worksheets, if you discover something about yourself you never knew existed, own it. Don't shrink away from it because of what you think others might think.

That's a part of you that needs to be expressed, otherwise it wouldn't exists.

Making changes that last

If you've tried to make changes in the past but have been unsuccessful, maybe it's not in line with who you really are.

I know it's easy to fall in the every bodies doing it trap, but you don't have to. Take the time to get to know what you like, what you don't like, what turns you on at the center of your being and what makes jump for joy and do back flips. You get the idea.

This here is very valuable information for you to know if you want to live your authentic life. Don't get hung up on the word authentic either. It's not some mystical way of living. It simple means to know yourself well and to live your life by your design.

If you make changes in your life that are congruent with your true inner self you won't have to try very hard to get those changes to stick.

Another good indicator of heading in the wrong direction is to feel like your pushing a boulder up a hill. It's hard, it's a struggle and you constantly have to pump yourself to do it.

You'll feel like that change is pulling you forward in the right direction. You won't feel so anxious to keep going from fear of failing because it won't really feel like you're trying.

Use these self discovery, self defining worksheets to take you to the next level in your personal development. I designed them to be very personal and deeply meaningful. So don't rush through them and don't feel like you have to have the perfect answer.

Remember you can redo these worksheets to gain even deeper awareness of yourself and I highly recommend it. Because it goes back to what I said about conditioning.

You can't do something once and think your healed or fixed for life, you need to keep working, keep discovering, keep gaining self-awareness.

This self information will help you design the perfect life for you. A life that conquers all the obstacles that come your way. Because there will be obstacles but as long as you have a firm grip on your true inner self, you'll do just fine.
