It’s impossible to capture all your thoughts in a single day. But I want you to become aware of what you tell yourself regularly.

If you can capture them repetitive thought then you’ll be able to replace them with positive, empowering thoughts. The hardest part is being aware of those negative thoughts.

But when you do get them written down you have a better chance at changing them.

Once you have your most repetitive thoughts you’ll be able to look at them and capture what feelings are associate with those particular thoughts.

This is a great way to see how your thoughts affect your feelings and realize that it’s not what someone does or says to you it’s what you do and say to yourself.

Capturing your thoughts and feeling will help you overcome your own self misery. Your own self critic.

The anger or resentment you feel for other or yourself can be let go by releasing the thoughts that create them feelings.

It’s liberating to know that you have full control over your thoughts and feelings because you now know that you can choose to be happy or sad.

You can choose to allow others to affect your mood or you can be in control of your mood.

That’s why it’s so important to capture your thoughts when someone upsets you, so you can change the way you allow others to make you feel.

If you can change your response to outside negativity then you’ll build an inner peace that no one can touch.
