From time to time, I've found myself struggling and I'd make an appt with a therapist, but it was never very helpful.
They would just ask questions and talk about things, but I never felt like they ever gave much concrete direction or the tools that I needed to make the necessary improvements.

It will encourage a more positive outlook on life that will result in a satisfying life experience that will be reflected in your relationships, career, and financial health.
Most importantly, it will help YOU to take control of your life rather than just letting life happen. It's your life. Make it as happy and meaningful as possible.
